~ ALL SALES ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL
~ Please be sure that the item is what you are looking for as we do not normally refund our one of a kind items - however we will consider on a a case by case basis.
-ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS
BUYER MUST CONTACT US TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURN email info@prettyprincessstyle.com.

-No returns will be received after 30 days of product purchase. 
-All returns items must be returned new and in unused condition
If a return is authorized, please be aware I do charge a 20% restocking fee and customer must pay the return shipping costs.

Items may be able to be resized in the event the fit is not right. If item purchased needs to be resized,please contact me for details and any added cost that may apply.

-Buyer agrees that if buyer fails to make payment as specified herein,seller will be entitled to all costs and attorney's fees.expanded to enforce the term of the purchase and invoice.

-Buyer agrees that any action or proceeding based on any invoice or purchase from prettyprincessstyle.com  must be venued in California and be subject to the laws of California. Once order is  confirmed and paid there should be no changes in the terms and pricing of the ORDER
